What if I, as the Payconiq Merchant, disagree with the operating fee?
Merchants who do not agree with the operational fee can terminate their merchant agreement at any time free of charge.
To terminate a merchant agreement, merchants are requested to fill out the contact form.
Once the merchant agreement has been terminated, it will no longer be possible to receive payments via Payconiq.
