How can I download a transaction overview in the Bancontact Pro portal?
Follow these steps to download a transaction overview in your Bancontact Pro portal:
- Log in to portal.bancontactpro.com.
- Click on 'Transaction list' in the main menu.
- Click on ‘Export’ in the top right-hand corner.
- Select the shop, product and period for which you would like an overview and click on ‘Generate email report’.
- The transaction overview will be sent to you by email.
Good to know if you're using the Bancontact Pro payment app:
In the Bancontact Pro app or on app.bancontactpro.com, you can only view an overview for each logged-in user, however in the Bancontact Pro portal, you can download a comprehensive overview.
