Can I add a message to payments received via the Bancontact Pro app?

Yes, you can choose whether to add a fixed message or use a different message for each payment.

To set a fixed message, go to ‘Settings’ in the app’s navigation menu or on app.bancontactpro.com, enter the message you want, and click ‘Save changes’.

Would you prefer to add a customised message for each payment? You can do this in the Bancontact Pro app below the amount you enter. This is not currently possible on app.bancontactpro.com.
