Ending a Bancontact Pro contract
The Bancontact Pro contract is a contract of indefinite duration. You can therefore terminate your contract at any time.
You can terminate your contract yourself via the Bancontact Pro portal. Go to ‘Merchant account’ in the menu, scroll down the page and follow the instructions.
Following your cancellation, the contract will be terminated within two weeks. From that point onwards, you will no longer be able to receive payments via Bancontact Pro.
