How can I confirm or update my business information?
You can confirm or update your company details via the Bancontact Pro portal.
If the information is still correct, you can simply confirm it. If you wish to update any details, you can easily do so in the portal.
Go to portal.bancontactpro.com and log in using the same email address as the one you use to receive emails from Bancontact Pro.
You must confirm your business details in the Bancontact Pro portal. This is not possible in the Bancontact Pro payment app.
