How do I create a Bancontact Pro app user?
Open the Bancontact Pro payment app or log in to app.bancontactpro.com.
- Ask the user to download the Bancontact Pro app.
- Go to ‘Linked devices’ and click ‘Add’.
- Enter a name for the user and tap ‘Next’.
- Ask the user to scan the QR code that appears on your screen using their app. You can also send them an invitation by copying the link and forwarding it to them.
